In the construction process of steel structure engineering, there are many details that need to be paid attention to, especially in the installation process. We need to perform detailed operations and inspections on the steel structure before, during, and after installation.
1. Before the installation of steel structure processing components, the quality of the steel components should be inspected. If deformation or defects occur, the steel components should be measured and corrected according to the characteristics of the project within the allowable deviation range. The welding of thick steel plates and dissimilar steel plates, as well as the installation of high-strength bolts, are the main processes that should be tested before installation, and corresponding construction process points should be prepared.
2. When using expanded assembly units for installation, strength and stability checks should be conducted on steel components that are prone to deformation, and reinforcement measures should be taken if necessary; When installing steel components comprehensively, they should be divided into several independent units. After the installation of all steel components in each unit is completed, a spatial stiffness unit should be formed.
3. During the steel structure processing, after the main components such as columns, beams, roof trusses, and supports of the steel components are installed in place, they should be immediately calibrated and fixed. The steel components installed on the same day form a stable spatial system. When installing and calibrating steel structures, corresponding adjustment measures should be taken based on external factors such as wind force, temperature difference, sunlight, and welding deformation.
4. When using the installed steel structure to lift other components and equipment, the consent of the design unit should be obtained and verified, and corresponding measures should be taken.
5. In steel structure processing, according to the design requirements, the nodes that are tightened should have 70% of the contact surface tightly adhered. Check with a 0.3mm thick feeler gauge, and the sum of insertable areas should not exceed 30% of the total contact area; The edge gap shall not exceed 0.8mm.
6. When installing high-strength bolts, the bolts can freely penetrate into the holes and cannot be used as temporary installation bolts. At the same time, the installation of high-strength bolts must be tightened in sequence, and should be tightened outward from the center of the bolt group, and the final tightening should be completed on the same day.
