As a new energy-saving and environmentally friendly building system, steel structure buildings are known as one of the "green buildings" of the 21st century. 1. When the profiled steel plates for pouring floor slabs are not set up after the installation of columns and beams, in order to facilitate the construction of column bolts, an appropriate number of walkway boards need to be laid on the steel beams, and platforms for storing equipment such as welding machines, air compressors, acetylene cylinders, etc. need to be set up on the newly installed steel beams. The placement distance complies with relevant safety production regulations. For the convenience of construction climbing, the climbing steel ladder should be fixed on the steel column before lifting the column. In order to facilitate the tightening of high-strength bolts and welding of column beam nodes, the hanging basket scaffolding should be installed under the column beam nodes.
2. Electric machinery and equipment used in construction must be grounded, and glass, damaged wires and cables are strictly prohibited to prevent equipment leakage. The cables for construction electrical equipment and machinery must be concentrated together and raised section by section with the construction of each floor. Each floor must be equipped with a distribution box to meet the construction electricity needs of each floor. For high-altitude construction, all work must be stopped when the wind speed reaches 15m/s. During construction, attention should also be paid to fire prevention, providing necessary fire-fighting equipment and fire monitoring personnel.
