The construction of steel structure engineering is a complex steel structure engineering design, and safety issues involve many factors. To ensure the safe production of construction projects, a choice must be made between "fully implementing the construction general contracting system" and "implementing the overall coordination responsibility of the construction unit for the safety production of the construction site". In the current situation where it is difficult to fully implement the construction general contracting system, adopting the latter is more realistic. The government should revise and improve relevant laws and regulations, implement the responsibility of coordinating production safety on construction sites in accordance with the principle of "whoever subcontracts is responsible for coordination", encourage construction units to strengthen on-site safety production management, and make the post construction production safety management of construction projects orderly and standardized, achieving safe production throughout the entire process of steel structure construction. When managing the construction safety technology of steel structure engineering, various preparations should be made in the early stage of construction. On the basis of ensuring safety investment, the functional department of the project supervision department, the Safety Management Department, is responsible for supervising the implementation of safety measures for the steel structure lifting team, establishing safety management systems, and the use, maintenance, and repair of safety equipment and supplies.
(1) Ideological education. It is important to instill the concept of safe operation in construction personnel. A safety officer is the supervisor of construction safety, and is required to have a strong sense of responsibility and comprehensive safety knowledge. The safety officer must hold a safety officer certificate and have experience in safety management for multiple large-scale engineering projects. Safety officers must undergo retraining and examinations in order to continuously consolidate and improve their safety management capabilities.
(2) Implementation guidelines. In accordance with the national safety production policy of "safety first, prevention oriented" and the construction policy of "safety first, quality first", the project supervision department has formulated a safety production responsibility system and implemented it to every personnel, formulated safety production responsibility goals and conducted regular assessments, and constructed a scientific and reasonable safety system.
(3) Establish sound supervision. The implementation of supervision strategies is mainly aimed at regulating the construction order of each link, and at the same time, developing practical and feasible safety supervision and management measures based on the actual situation of the entire project. (4) Professional training. Provide professional training for safety officers based on the characteristics of this project, including technical and safety training, and organize assessments for them.
